Lotus Women’s Center for Mental Wellness, PLLC.

I am the founder of Lotus Women's Center for Mental Wellness. I specialize in women’s mental health, supporting women across all stages of life and from all walks of life. While I have particular expertise in the perinatal and postpartum periods, including fertility challenges, pregnancy, new motherhood, perinatal loss, and postpartum depression or anxiety, I also work with women navigating identity shifts, relationships, career transitions, trauma, grief, and emotional overwhelm.
My therapeutic approach combines psychodynamic therapy, which explores how past experiences shape current patterns, with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients build resilience, self-awareness, and live a valued based lifestyle. I currently offer virtual sessions with in person availability in August!
My mission is to provide an authentic space where you can freely express yourself as we explore your roots and reconnect with the best version of you. It would be an honor to get to know you, to share in both the laughter and the tears, and most of all, to witness you bloom like the lotus you are.
