Dimensions Centre

At Dimensions Centre, we are a multi-disciplinary practice offering affirming, client-centered care. Our team includes a social worker, registered nurse, psychotherapist, occupational therapist, massage therapist, speech-language therapist, nurse practitioner, and mental health counsellors. We provide one-on-one therapy, family support, care coordination, medical system navigation, and group programs in a safe and welcoming space. Whether you're neurodivergent, queer, or simply seeking support to navigate daily life with more ease and confidence, we tailor our approach to your needs! Our services are approved for Ontario Autism Program (OAP) funding and are covered by most major insurance providers.
