We provide instruction in authentic traditional Tai Chi and Qigong.Tai Chi (taijiquan) is an ancient Chinese martial art which today is mostly practiced for its health benefits. Qigong is a meditative form of exercise primarily used to "work the qi", to improve health and wellbeing.
Tai Chi and Qigong have scientifically proven benefits to physical, mental, and emotional health and wellbeing, and we believe everyone can and should be able to enjoy these benefits. We aim to bring Tai Chi and Qigong to all peoples within our community, as outlined in our "Tai Chi for All" inclusion policy.
We have classes in five locations across the greater Milwaukee area, as well as classes hosted by corporate partners. These can be found in:

We also offer workshops and other events which are open to the public, and a corporate and community program to bring Tai Chi and Qigong to community groups and businesses as a service or as part of their corporate wellness strategy.
