I work with adults, including men and LGBTQ+ clients, who may be experiencing a range of emotional and relational difficulties.
Many of the people I see feel stuck in patterns that are hard to shift, including challenges around identity, relationships, anxiety, low mood, trauma history, or feeling disconnected from themselves or others.
The kinds of difficulties you might be facing
You may recognise yourself in some of the following:
feeling under pressure but not sure how to express it
finding it difficult to talk about emotions or ask for help
feeling disconnected, numb, or overwhelmed
struggling with relationships or intimacy
carrying experiences from the past that still affect you now
questioning identity or feeling uncertain about where you fit
You don’t need to have everything neatly defined before starting therapy. Sometimes people come to me simply with a sense that “something isn’t right” and that’s a valid place to begin.
I offer 'Walk and Talk' Therapy to clients living in Ashford. This approach combines the benefits of traditional counselling with the healing qualities of the natural environment. I also provide sessions online via Zoom, offering a flexible and convenient way to access therapy from wherever you are.
