The Wellbeing and Wellness Coach runs a yoga and wellbeing studio in Burntwood, just a few minutes drive outside of Lichfield City Centre.
We provide studio and online yoga for all levels and abilities. We also offer one-to-one yoga and meditation sessions in addition to regular wellbeing workshops and events.
For more bespoke one-to-one support, we provide wellbeing coaching in a range of areas including improving mental health, managing fatigue, breaking unhealthy cycles, and improving self-confidence.
We also provide yoga, mindfulness and wellbeing sessions and events for schools, charities and other organisations.
