The Thrive Centre

The Thrive Centre is a privately Queer owned counselling centre located in Smiths Falls Ontario. We are Queer owned and operated. We serve individuals and people in partnerships, with a focus on 2SLGBTQI+ and Poly communities.

We offer in person, virtual and phone sessions with free 15 minute meet and greet sessions.

Multiple modalities are available including EMDR, tapping, narrative counselling, psychodrama, and Psychodramatic Bodywork (safe emotional release work). Each staff has 30+ years of experience.

We can bill to most insurance providers, and offer a generous sliding scale for folks who are uninsured. Feel free to contact us for any reason, including if you need to discuss financial options. We strive for our services to be as accessible as possible, including financially.
