Hi, I’m Lydia (she/they).
I’m a queer life coach supporting LGBTQIA+ adults who are burnt out, overwhelmed, and questioning whether the pace they’ve been living at is sustainable.
I work with people who seem to be coping on the outside but feel exhausted or stuck underneath. Many of my clients are navigating burnout alongside people-pleasing, perfectionism, masking, or neurodivergence — including ADHD (diagnosed or suspected).
After experiencing burnout myself and leaving a career in education, I realised I wasn’t broken — the systems I was trying to survive were. Now, I help queer people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and build lives that feel more spacious and liveable.
My approach is calm, affirming, and gently challenging. You don’t need to have it all figured out — and you don’t need a diagnosis to be understood here.
