I work with people of all ages (children, teens and adults) and within many different relational dynamics. I support individuals, couples, and families of ALL diversities.
The Lanterns’ Way was created to encompass the felt sense of the voyage we all take in finding our own unique light and Lanterns’ Way, inside the hardships of life; which can sometimes feel dark, lonely, and hopeless.
I am passionate about working with those who are desiring to look at what has been hidden within themselves. I have been described as a therapist who “deep dives” and supports those in getting to the “root”.
I am a trauma therapist who integrates holistic and somatic-based practices (EMDR, yoga, breathwork, Somatic Experiencing, circus arts). Areas of expertise include: trauma, anxiety, depression, relational difficulties, attachment wounding, dysregulation in the body, low self-esteem and Queer challenges.
