There are many forms of self protection, including non-lethal options, and we can help you determine whats right for you. Training women is our niche, but we train EVERYONE (barring legally prohibited persons), as the right to self defense has no gender! Our backgrounds in the public safety sector bring several decades of authentic experience to what we do.
