The Brewing Mind Counselling

At The Brewing Mind Counselling, we offer inclusive, compassionate therapy online across BC. We support adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, postpartum challenges, burnout, chronic pain, and more. Our clients include individuals, new parents, seniors and members of the LGBTQ2S+ community. Audrey provides a safe, empowering space rooted in kindness and a person-centered approach. Whether you’re at a crossroads or seeking growth, we’re here to support your healing—mind, body, and soul.
