Sunderland Scout Network brings Adventure, Community, and Skills for Life to 18 - 25 year-olds from across Sunderland and beyond!

Whether it's exciting activities like Rock Climbing and Archery; volunteering in the local community; or learning new skills, we do it all. Scout Network is open to anyone aged 18 - 25; whether you've been in Scouting all your life, or you're brand new to the movement - everyone is welcome!

Network is part of the Scout Movement, a worldwide youth movement with over 57 million members worldwide. It serves as the sixth and final section of the Scout Association's youth programme, and is open to anyone aged between 18 and 25.

Scout Network's programme of activities is based around three pillars: Adventure, Community, and International. Network operates a member-led model, where it's the members - rather than a group of older leaders - who decide what they want to do, and then make the plans to make it happen. This means the possibilities are basically limitless for Network activities; the only limit is the imagination of the members!

We pride ourselves on being an inclusive group, open to all, including those from all parts of the LGBTQI+ community.

We meet once per month at our HQ in Sunderland City Centre, and run lots of different activities throughout the year. If you'd be interested in getting involved, just get in touch!
