I offer positive psychology coaching, clinical hypnotherapy and wellbeing support for adults who may be experiencing anxiety, low confidence, self-esteem difficulties or periods of change and uncertainty.

My approach is person-centred, strengths-based and non-judgemental, providing a safe environment where clients can be themselves, speak openly and explore what matters to them without fear of judgement or discrimination.

I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, respected and valued, and I work alongside each client to help them recognise their strengths, develop greater self-belief and create positive, meaningful change at their own pace.
