Sage Counseling, LLC is a small mental health private practice. It is queer-owned and operated by me, Sagan Smith, LMSW.  I have been practicing for 11 years now. I offer individual and couples therapy in person and online, whichever works best for you. I currently accept self-pay, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Ambetter, United Health Care Community Plan, Sunflower Community Health Plan, and Aetna Better Health.
