Royal City Adornments is proud to be an LGBTQ2S+ affirming body-piercing studio in Guelph, Ontario.

Our studio is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment for LGBTQ2S+ clients, including lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, Two-Spirit, non-binary, gender-diverse, and questioning individuals.

We understand that body piercing can be an important form of self-expression, gender affirmation, identity, and personal autonomy. Whether you are getting your first piercing, expressing your identity through jewellery, exploring your gender presentation, or simply choosing something that makes you feel more comfortable in your body, you will be treated with dignity and respect.

At Royal City Adornments, we use the names and pronouns our clients ask us to use and strive to make every interaction free from assumptions about gender, sexuality, relationships, or identity. Consultations are conducted with an emphasis on informed consent, privacy, comfort, and personal choice.

We have zero tolerance for homophobia, transphobia, biphobia, discrimination, harassment, or hate in our studio. Our goal is to create an environment where LGBTQ2S+ clients can walk through the door knowing they will be respected, listened to, and treated as themselves.

We also recognize that LGBTQ2S+ people have historically experienced discrimination and discomfort in many personal-care and body-modification settings. We are committed to doing our part to make professional piercing a more welcoming experience.
