Rooted In Sound

We offer a customized wellness experience using coaching, acoustic induced meditation, and life changing experiences. Using the natural environment, bowls, gongs, bells, and more to access your innate inner wisdom, we create an environment that produces real and lasting change. We also infuse Reiki, Nada Yoga, and other energy and meditation techniques to help with relaxation and transformation.
