Roaming Psychotherapy North

Psychotherapy services offered in person in North Bay and surrounding areas and also virtually across Ontario. I work with people navigating trauma, neurodiversity, substance use, emotional overwhelm, relationship struggles, burnout and all the in between.

What's therapy with me like you ask? I'm a no bullshit type therapist which means I'll listen, I'll challenge you and I'll call it as I see it - with compassion, not judgement. I'm not here to sit quietly, nod and take notes while you ramble on. We talk, get curious and unpack the stuff you've been carrying around. Sometimes we laugh, other times we swear. Sometimes it's EMDR/IFS/EFT or another approach that fits what you need. Other times it's just two humans sitting with the hard stuff and trying to make sense of the chaos.

I work with individuals (5 yrs+), couples and families.
