Chef Lou and Cassie have been in the restaurant industry for more than half of their lives. Hospitality and a love of different cuisines came naturally to them. The chef's JWU education and hands on experience allotted him the creativity to be able to combine locally sourced foods for an allergen friendly menu. Chef Lou and Cassie are excited to transform what initially began as a food truck into brick and mortar. They are thrilled to be able to share their passion with the small town of Warren, RI, and hope to meet many more great people along the way.
