Pigments In Positivity CIC is an inclusive, trauma-informed medical tattooing service based in Sunderland. We support people following cancer treatment, surgery, injury, burns, scarring and gender-affirming procedures through areola restoration, 3D nipple and areola tattooing, scar camouflage and inkless scar revision.

Our private, appointment-only studio welcomes LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent clients. Pronouns, identities, boundaries and individual needs are always respected, with no judgement or unnecessary gatekeeping. We offer free consultations and a supported contribution model to help make restorative treatment more accessible.
