We are a counseling center. Our Mission is to provide safety, empathy, and reflections through counseling services, yoga, groups, retreats, and coaching to support clients’ personal empowerment and healing.
We endeavor to be a beacon of hope and safety for ALL individuals through direct service and community support. In an effort to meet these goals, we also prioritize training young clinicians through internship with extensive and direct training opportunities with an emphasis on inclusive and affirming therapy.
