Once Upon a Connection is a somatic healing and intuitive energy, art, and design studio for women, located in the historic Carding Building tower at Savage Mill in Savage, Maryland. We offer 1:1 somatic healing sessions, nervous system regulation work, guided and dreamwork meditation, clairvoyant energy work, small group classes, and creative healing through art. Our studio is a safe and affirming space for the LGBTQIA+ community, and we welcome all women regardless of their womanhood origin story. Every body, every identity, and every love is honored here.
