Olde Towne Book Shop is an author-owned, new & used bookstore located in historic Olde Towne Slidell, Louisiana. We offer shopping in-store and online (where you can shop our complete inventory-including back stock).

When we opened OTBS, we knew one of our top priorities was to make it clear to everyone that in a sea of intolerance, we were a welcoming, safe space. Inclusion, representation, and connection are just a few of our guiding factors as we continue to grow. We’ve built an environment where everyone can feel respected and celebrated. Hate has no room in our store.

The LGBTQ+ community continues to be at risk in a nation that struggles to love others. OTBS will always be a safe haven where you will be met with open hearts and open arms. We see you. We hear you. And we will continue to fight alongside you.
