North Hertfordshire Museum is next door to the Town Hall in Brand Street, Hitchin, Hertfordshire (UK). We display collections from around the District ranging from prehistory to the present day.
We aim to increase the understanding and enjoyment of the diverse culture, heritage and environment of North Hertfordshire, using our collections to tell the stories of the people who have lived and worked here. Our vision is to provide a museum that is welcoming to all our communities and plays an active role in the life of the District.
We celebrate LGBT+ History Month every February and Pride Month every June.
