My Darling Soul Wellness

My Darling Soul Wellness was  inspired by its founder's journey within the human services field. After witnessing many colleagues and practicum students struggle to find a balance between supporting others and caring for themselves as well as experiencing her own personal burn out, Jamie began her mission to heal from her burn out and find ways to care for other caregivers. After obtaining certifications in yoga, meditation and wellness coaching, My Darling Soul Wellness and Little Leaf Studio were born.

Little Leaf Studio is an inclusive, trauma informed,  LGBTQI+ friendly, wellness studio nestled in the Mount Royal neighbourhood on Treaty 4 Territory. Our inclusive studio offers small class sizes, creating a calm and supportive space for beginners and anyone craving a slower, more mindful practice. Whether you’re new to yoga and meditation or simply seeking a quiet escape, Little Leaf welcomes you just as you are.
