The Morgan Arts Council is located in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia in its flagship building called the Ice House. This organizations mission is to offer a world of artistic creativity that is inspiring and brings joy within a welcoming environment for all and we strive to do that everyday. We partner with several like organizations in the community to continue to showcase our alliance with diversity in all matters and forms. We will always be safe and welcome anyone who needs a safe space while here. We will point you to the allies as well.
