I am a dedicated pediatric health clinical psychologist (Ph.D., PA, USA licensed since 2002) skilled at delivering comprehensive consultation and therapeutic intervention services for children, adolescents, young-adults, and their families across a broad range of mental health and medical needs.

We all want to do well and to feel accomplished, appreciated, and respected.  We want to feel seen. Using an individualized blend of evidence-based cognitive behavioral strategies (CBT), dialectical behavior approaches (DBT), and family systems frameworks, we will work together to figure out strategies and skills to improve functioning.  Mastering these new skills and being able to apply them to a broad range of environments leads to more effective interactions with the world.  Growth and improved functioning are always our goal.

Warmth, kindness, patience, understanding, and acceptance describe my approach to providing therapeutic care.  I am honored to be trusted with the knowledge of an individual's and/or families' most private challenges, and welcome the opportunity to walk the path toward increased functioning and well-being with them.

I adore working with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families as they explore and understand exactly who they are, regardless of sex, gender, and romantic expression. Whether part of the LGBTQIA+ community or an ally, deeply involved or just learning more, our conversations together will provide a safe, nurturing space for discovery. Working with clients with acute or chronic medical conditions, neurodiversity, anxiety, and mood symptoms are also areas of expertise. Being true to YOU is our goal, and learning ways to love yourself, exactly as you are - and who you are becoming - is our measure of success.
