Knotty Massager is a small, in-house massage therapy practice, owned by Kim Umphrey, Registered Massage Therapist. The building is mostly accessible, with only 4 easy steps to enter the house.

Kim (she/her) has been an RMT for over 15 years, and is dedicated to providing "deep tissue (massage) without the torture". Kim is also highly educated in prenatal massage, including higher risk prenatal massage, and is trained as a doula (although she currently does not work as one).

Kim's adult daughter is trans, and Kim is dedicated to providing a safe space for people from all walks of life, all relationship styles, all genders and sexuality identities so that they feel free to simply be themselves. She also is happy to answer any odd questions that might arise, too, as she is a neurodivergent anatomy geek and loves talking about how the human body works!
