Karen Adler Therapy & Coaching

Karen Adler offers long, medium and short-term psychotherapy, counselling and coaching, including ADHD coaching, to individual adults. She brings lived experience to her work which is based in the UK and offers therapy in English to clients wherever they might be based in the world. (She also speaks French, but does not offer therapy exclusively in that language.) Many clients are neurodivergent, queer, LGBTQ+, live in a different language from the one they grew up with, and/or have experienced marginalisation.

Therapy doesn't always 'feel' safe, as feelings of shame, or memories of trauma are explored. But work with Karen will always be contained and at a gentle enough pace that will allow you to develop so that you are no longer constrained or damaged by these aspects of your past.
