Jenn Taylor: Coaching and Mentoring

I’m a disabled online coach and (nearly) qualified psychotherapist working with people who have spent too long being misunderstood, managed, dismissed, or pushed to the edges because they don’t fit the mould.

My work is person-centred, which means I won’t arrive with a script for your life. There is no fixed agenda, no pressure to perform healing properly, and no assumption that I know better than you do.

You are the expert on your own experience. My role is to meet you where you are, listen deeply, and work alongside you as you make sense of what feels tangled, heavy, or unsustainable.

I have worked online as a coach for nearly ten years, supporting people through identity shifts, burnout, trauma, life changes, and the quiet exhaustion of trying to survive in spaces that were never built with them in mind.

Sometimes our work may be reflective and spacious. Sometimes we may use tools, strategies, or practical steps. We decide that together.

This is not about fixing who you are. It is about creating enough safety, clarity, and connection for you to come back to yourself and move forward in a way that feels true.
