Jake Haynes, Howard Hanna Premier Properties by Barbara Alexander, LLC

About Me
Hi, My name is Jake Haynes. Before becoming a successful realtor, I taught English Language Arts in Monongalia, Marion, and Taylor County Schools with a Master's degree in Education.
A lifelong resident of WV, I became a permanent resident of Morgantown six years ago after purchasing my first home in the heart of Morgantown’s historic South Park.

I have always enjoyed real estate, home renovation, interior design, and have a soft spot for historic homes that are often overlooked by potential buyers.

Turning real estate into my lifelong career, I am committed to serving my clients with clear communication, realistic goals, and useful advice.

Loving everything that Morgantown has to offer, in my free time you might find me exploring the botanical gardens, running on the rail trail, or walking my dogs around historic South Park.
