Inclusive Communication Services (ICS) is a proud LGBTQ-owned accessibility agency that fosters safe, inclusive, and equitable spaces for all. Co-founded by Shelby Edwards and Tyler Herron, LGBTQ-identifying professionals with deep roots in accessibility and advocacy, ICS is committed to creating accessible and welcoming environment both in-person and online. As a fully remote and diverse team of accessibility experts, ICS takes pride in providing high-quality services while promoting inclusion and equal access for individuals from all walks of life.
ICS offers a full range of accessibility services—including sign language interpreting, spoken language interpreting, braille and large print transcription, live captioning, multilingual subtitles and voiceover, and audio description. These services are carefully designed to meet the needs of Deaf, Blind, hard-of-hearing, DeafBlind, and non-English speaking individuals. Their holistic approach ensures that every client and service consumer experiences comfort, respect, and true inclusion.
ICS's commitment to creating safe spaces extends beyond their service offerings. With our unique initiative, ICS C.A.R.E.S., we provide pro bono and low-cost services to nonprofit and arts organizations, supporting communities that often face barriers to access. Whether working with clients in-person, online, or over the phone, ICS’s team of trained professionals ensures that everyone, regardless of their identity, feels seen, valued, and included.
