HM Psychological Services (HMPS) is a small lesbian-owned therapy practice that began with an office in San Diego, CA and recently expanded into Minnesota. We offer a wide range of psychological and therapy solutions for individuals, families, and couples who struggle with their mental health or just need some help with adulting because let's face it - life can be hard. Whether you are struggling with a life transition, need some help managing your anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, LGBTQIA+ issues, sexuality, gender identity, or just need some extra support with all of your adulting feats, we are here to help. Our team is comprised of licensed and experienced therapists who are committed to providing high-quality care and we believe in a collaborative approach to therapy to create personalized treatment plans that meet your unique needs.
