Healthy Plantet is an organically, restoratively managed mini-farm and food forest. We are queer- and women-owned; do not pollute the air, water, or soil; pay our staff a living wage; and focus intensely on restoring soil health and native habitats.
We grow over 100 varieties of fruits, vegetables, cereals, seeds, tubers, herbs, spices, and edible flowers, and humanely raise a small flock of loved, spoiled laying hens. We also make a line of products from our harvests: jams, jellies, pickles, elderberry syrup, sauces, fruit vinegars, herbal salves and lip balms, soap, shampoo bars, solid conditioner bars, and freeze-dried snacks.
We have three venues for buying our produce: Our honor stand, located under the carport of our farm in downtown Burnsville; a 5 to 25 week CSA, which you can subscribe to on our website; and a booth at the AFAM Market on Thursday afternoons in the Homeplace Brewery lawn.
