I provide compassionate, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming mental health counseling for individuals navigating Autism, ADHD, Complex PTSD (C-PTSD), and Bipolar Disorder. I value and recognize the importance of serving LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples. My practice focuses on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can better understand themselves, build practical coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop healthier relationships with themselves and others. I believe in meeting each person where they are and tailoring therapy to their unique needs, strengths, and goals.
