GendAffirm Charitable Trust is a Takatāpui, MVPFAFF+ and LGBTQIA+ led organisation working to create safer, more inclusive workplaces across Aotearoa.

We are Aotearoa New Zealand’s first free, community-driven database connecting transgender, non-binary, gender-diverse, and rainbow communities with inclusive workplaces.

We connect our communities with employers who have gender affirmation policies, leave, and benefits in place, and we provide support with navigating workplace environments and reviewing policies. Our goal is to ensure every workplace is a place to belong.

Through advocacy, education, and our public database of affirming employers, we’re helping build a world where trans, non-binary, and gender diverse people feel safe, seen, and supported.
