Explore Transform LLC offers a tailor-made therapy and mental health service in New Jersey. Based in Ridgewood (Bergen County), we serve the whole of New Jersey and we are in the process of setting up to serve any state that has entered into the Counseling Compact. To check to see if your state has entered the Counseling Compact, please check with the American Counseling Association.
We specialize in burnout, loneliness, and powerlessness. As part of our approach to psychotherapy, we make use of Polyvagal Theory, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), and parts work (Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS)). At this time, we offer our services via a confidential teletherapy portal. We take a person-centered approach to working with the LGBTQ+ community, and we appreciate the impact of marginalization on a person's mental health.
We work with adults and teenagers, and we are committed to adopting an inclusive, person-centered approach to our psychotherapy service. To offer you an exceptional levels of care, please read this page regarding our fees for counseling and psychotherapy.
For therapists, we offer a clinical consultation service. Get in contact if you would like more details about this.
