Life can feel heavy when you're carrying grief, trauma, chronic illness, identity questions, relationship challenges, or the weight of navigating a world that doesn't always make space for who you are. You don't have to carry it alone.
I'm Debbie Airth (she/they), a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC) and founder of E.A.S.E. Into Therapy. As an Indigenous, 2SLGBTQ+, and polyamorous therapist, I understand how important it is to feel safe bringing your full self into the therapy space. My work is informed by both professional training and lived experience navigating grief, chronic illness, identity, and life's unexpected transitions.
I offer identity-affirming, trauma-informed counselling for individuals and couples navigating LGBTQ+ experiences, gender and sexuality exploration, polyamory and ethical non-monogamy, grief and loss, chronic illness, trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Whether you're exploring who you are, processing what you've been through, or reconnecting with the person you're becoming, you'll be met with compassion, curiosity, and respect.
I don't believe people are broken. I believe healing happens when we feel seen, understood, and supported enough to show up as our authentic selves.
