Counselling with Holly

Holly is a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor and a queer cis-female of Métis descent (Indigenous and European) offering clients mental health support both in-person (from Vancouver, BC, Canada) as well as online for out of province or country clients. She works with a mixed population of queer and hetero people's. As well as neurotypical or neurodivergent (ADHD) people's. Much of her focus is on nervous system regulation, and she loves supporting clients to tease through and untangle the stories and events of their lives, family histories, and learned suspicions of self for a greater understanding of self, self-compassion, direction and goal setting. She works with a combination of modalities (such as, but not limited to): Emotions Focused Therapy, Family Systems Theory, Somatic (body) awareness/experiencing, Talk-Therapy and Psychotherapy.
