I work with a wide variety of presenting issues and I am GSRD (Gender, Sexuality and Relationship Diversity) affirmative.

I place your experience at the center of the work and use dreams, imagery, creativity and intuition to help you. I aim to empower you to do what is right for you, rather than advise or tell you what to do.

I find clients who come to me are often interested in the arts and find the visual and intuitive ways of working suit their own approach to life.

Though I work with a Jungian, analytic and psychodynamic approach, I have a background in working with the inner child and using inner dialogues to promote healing; I integrate elements of TA, Psychosynthesis and Gestalt and work with attachment based issues. Spiritual and transpersonal dimensions can also be explored in the work if desired.
