Beautiful Beginnings Pregnancy & Birth Services offers labor, birth, and postpartum Doula support, pregnancy education, and lactation education and support.

Nearly 15 years ago, I was drawn to birth work by a deep passion for supporting and empowering people during some of life’s most significant transitions. It is truly an honor to be invited into people’s lives during such a personal and transformative time.

My goal is to provide each person with compassionate, personalized care and practical, evidence-based information, so they feel confident, informed, and supported throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and beyond. As a Doula, I offer full-spectrum support, including physical, emotional, and educational guidance. Through both in-person and virtual childbirth education classes, I help individuals understand how to have a healthy pregnancy, navigate labor and delivery, and care for their newborns. I also provide trusted information on topics like breastfeeding, postpartum care, and infant care.

In addition to the above, I co-founded Lactation Lounge, a breastfeeding support group that meets bi-weekly in Oneonta, NY. This group offers a supportive space for parents to connect and receive guidance on methods for feeding human milk. Through collaboration with local healthcare professionals—including midwives, doulas, and lactation consultants—I aim to address challenges and create positive change for families as they navigate their parenting journey.
