I founded Attunement in 2021 to create an inclusive, affirmative practice for all, including folx who are ethically non-monogamous (ENM), polyamorous, LGBTQIA+, and/or kinky. Attunement supports individuals navigating anxiety, attachment wounds, alternative relationship structures, trauma, and chronic illness through a holistic, mind-body approach.
