The Rest Sanctuary

The Rest Sanctuary carves space for people living with ongoing illness and/ or pain to explore rest, creativity and connection. We have multiple no-cost community-based art groups, hosted at our 6 Rockridge Avenue, Penrose location.

You are welcome here, wherever you are in the diagnostic odyssey; having a formal diagnosis is not required to engage with our offerings.

Our community is about connecting with others who get it, for solidarity in our shared experiences, and to do what works best for you. Come along and let’s explore rest, creativity and connection.
