The Base is Waikato's largest shopping centre, comprised of a large enclosed mall and surrounding large format retail stores. Amenities include public bathrooms including parents' rooms and accessible bathrooms, two playgrounds, cinema, and a full range of retail stores. Note: this safe space includes common, carpark, and amenity areas only. It does not include spaces occupied by property tenants (e.g. retail stores and/or company offices).
