The Aurora Centre is a mainstay accommodation option for the New Zealand Government with all the office space leased to the Ministry of Social Development until 2034. A comprehensive refurbishment and seismic strengthening project completed in 2016. Note: this safe space includes common, carpark, and amenity areas only. It does not include spaces occupied by property tenants (e.g. retail stores and/or company offices).
