Quality Life Center is a community mental health center that specializes in holistic, individualized, and preventative treatment and support located in Jacksonville, Florida. This is all achieved through the services we provide, which include the following:

• Psychiatric Services
• Psychosocial Rehabilitation
• Substance Use Recovery Program
• Respite Care
• Targeted Case Management

The populations we often serve and advocate for include those who experience mental illness, intellectual disabilities, and co-occurring disorders. Our programs are designed to assist and empower individuals with the experience and skills necessary to achieve their life role of choice. It is our commitment and obligation to provide the highest quality of service and support possible while maintaining the dignity and respect of those we serve.

Programs are funded through the following insurance plans:

• Medicaid
• Medicaid HMO’S including Sunshine Health, Humana/Beacon and Molina
• Private Pay

Quality Life Center ensures that all staff members and practitioners have engaged in Diversity training, and we are dedicated to providing a safe space to ALL.
