Family Insights Therapy

My office/Playroom is room 6 in suite 201 of a group of therapists whom are all welcoming and safe. The items in my space are all intentionally chosen to provide safety and inclusion, both physically and emotionally. The walls are a creamy pale yellow, wood furniture is a honey brown and shelves - filled with inviting toys are white. The sofa is gray and there are two chairs: One is blue and one is yellow. One wall is white and has several vertical windows looking out to the east and the mountains. There's a sand tray filled with soft, dust-free sand, and a container of funnels, scoops and buckets, along with small miniature toys to use in the sand. The space is large, but has a relaxing, cozy feel, and is warm and inviting.
