Connexus

Connexus is a community focussed rural housing group covering Shropshire and Herefordshire. Their focus is to provide high-quality affordable housing through the development of new affordable homes, and maintenance and improvement of existing homes. Other services provided include:

Asset management - including responsive repairs and improvement work.
Neighbourhood services - including rent collection, arrears prevention and recovery, estate management and dealing with anti social behaviour.
Resident involvement.
Housing support - including support to residents in sheltered housing.
