Cenla Playdates + Mom Breaks

They say it takes a village to raise a child, but what if you don’t have one? Cenla Playdates + Mom Breaks was created as an answer to that question.

We get together in Central Louisiana for Playdates (for the whole family) + Mom Breaks (for just the moms) to make new friends and support each other on the motherhood journey!

Our group is open to ALL mothers, in ALL stages, and from ALL backgrounds. It is our goal that every mom in Cenla has a group of people that make her feel seen.

We educate and advocate for maternal and child health by providing a safe space to share struggles and then working to improve the way our village supports those needs.

We would qualify for both the mobile site and online site because we have private and public groups and resource sharing online. And we have our meet ups and playdates at different places all around central Louisiana.
